Most of the people have at least a couple of phone numbers they call more often, like close friends or family. Each program entry can contain a lot of information, like the first and last name, phone number, email address and so on. After adding the desired entries into the phone book, the user will be able to find a certain contact just by typing a part of its name. Another feature of Active Phonebook is the possibility to create various reminders. The reminder can be set to go off only once or on certain days of the week.

In case the program needs to be re-installed, the user can easily save its database as a file and re-import it later on. What's more, for preventing unauthorized users from accessing your phone book, you can protect it with a secure password. By accessing the Statistics feature, the user can see at any moment the status of the program's database, like the number of contacts, groups and the size of the database.
